I’ve skied once or twice before, but I still need assistance learning how to stop and control my speed.
Level 2 – Snowplough Stopper
I can snowplough and come to a controlled stop on gentle terrain.
Level 3 – Beginner Turns
I can link snowplough turns and ride beginner lifts like magic carpets or pomas.
Level 4 – Developing Parallel

Level 5 – Blue Run Explorer
I’m gaining control on blue (intermediate) runs. I can make long and short parallel turns.
Level 6 – Confident Intermediate
I’m confident on all blue runs and starting to explore easier black runs. I’m working on improving speed control and technique.
Level 7 – Advanced Skills
I can make short, controlled parallel turns with a pole plant. I’m starting to ski steeper terrain, bumps, and variable snow conditions.
Level 8 – Expert All-Mountain
I can ski the whole mountain in control, including off-piste, powder, steep slopes, icy terrain, and moguls.
